1. Who we are

Zoomoff is operated by Zoomoff Ltd (RC 9583596), No. 1, Arondizuogu Street, Garki, FCT, Nigeria. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Information we collect automatically

We do not collect your full card number — card top-ups are handled by our payment partner (see section 6). Delivery PINs and sign-in codes are stored only as secured hashes, not in plain text.

3. How we use it

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed, with:

5. Location & live tracking

Location is core to the service. Please understand:

6. Payments

Card top-ups are processed securely by our payment partner. Your card details are entered with them and are not stored by Zoomoff — we keep your wallet balance and a record of transactions (amounts, dates, references), not your card number.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax and financial-record requirements. When you ask us to close your account, we remove or anonymise your data except records we must keep by law or for legitimate business reasons (for example completed-trip and payment records).

8. Security

We protect your data with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashing of sign-in codes, delivery PINs and passwords, access controls, and audit logging. No system is ever completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please keep your phone and account safe and tell us promptly if you suspect a problem.

9. Your rights & choices

We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

10. The website & cookies

This website (zoomoff.ng) is largely static and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our network/security provider may set a strictly-necessary cookie (for example to tell humans from bots and protect the site). The live trip-tracking page loads only the map and the trip you were sent a link to.

11. Children

Zoomoff is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as the service or the law changes; we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. For any question or request about your data, contact [email protected].
